Great advice Wendy. Having been under the media gun myself a couple of times, I know how easy it is to lose control. These 5 tips are very useful, particularly the one about being direct and not waiting for the question (though don't want to take it as far as the Pollies who ask their own questions and then proceed to answer them!)
