<p>3. Make sure a trained spokesperson is available and provide after hours contact details if possible.</p>

<p>1. Engage with the audience and make eye contact with individuals.</p>
<p>2. Limit the number of slides - if all the audience wanted was slides - you could have emailed them! They've come to see you - not just your slides.&nbsp;</p>
